As of 1 July 2018Law Square will be known as PwC Legal. A whole new website will be launched in the coming months. Nothing else changes: our firm, our business and our people remain the same, although we plan further expansion in the coming months. We continue to be an independent law firm, with committed lawyers delivering relevant, innovative and forward-looking legal advice to businesses and firms.

The Fairness Tax Clock is ticking!

In its judgement of 1 March 2018, the Constitutional Court annulled the Fairness Tax. The Constitutional Court however limited the legal consequences of the annulment.
